조직 계정

조직 관리자가 계정을 설정하고 Echo Agent 접근 권한을 부여합니다. 로그인과 지원을 위해 계정 정보가 사용되며, 계정 설정이 필요하면 조직 관리자에게 문의해야 합니다.

이 iPhone에 저장되는 데이터

회의 음성과 회의 라이브러리는 이 iPhone에 저장됩니다. 라이브러리에는 회의 메타데이터, 전문, 노트, 질문과 답변, 회의 준비 자료와 폴더 구성이 포함될 수 있습니다.

전문과 번역 — Soniox

마이크 음성과 언어 설정은 전문과 번역을 위해 Soniox로 전송됩니다. 기본적으로 선택한 회의 제목, 참석자 이름과 관련 용어도 보내며, 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다. 브리핑, 메모, 과거 회의 본문과 이메일 전체 주소는 Soniox에 보내지 않습니다. 일정을 선택하지 않고 새 회의를 시작하면 캘린더나 저장 문서 컨텍스트를 추가하지 않습니다.

노트, 회의 준비와 Q&A — Anthropic

노트 생성을 위해 선택한 회의의 전체 전문을 Anthropic으로 보냅니다. Q&A에는 선택한 회의 전문, 관련 노트와 준비 자료, 질문을 사용합니다. 회의 준비와 준비 Q&A에는 선택한 일정의 제목, 시간, 메모, 참석자 이름과 이메일, 장소와 회의 링크, 관련 과거 회의와 참고 문서의 발췌 내용, 관련 위키 컨텍스트를 보낼 수 있습니다. 관련 자료에는 Linq Drive로 공유받은 회의가 포함될 수 있습니다. Soniox 설정은 이 AI 요청에 적용되지 않습니다. 번역이 켜져 있고 선택한 두 언어 외의 확정된 발화에 Soniox 번역이 없으면, 해당 텍스트와 언어를 Anthropic으로 보내 내 언어로 번역합니다.

위키 엔티티 추출 — Anthropic

위키 추출은 기본으로 켜져 있으며 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다. 회의 전문과 저장된 엔티티 이름 최대 50개를 Anthropic에 보내 인물, 회사, 주제와 결정을 정리합니다. 회의를 삭제하면 해당 회의의 참조는 제거되지만, 누적된 위키 항목은 로컬 데이터를 지울 때까지 남습니다.

명시적 동의와 철회

앱은 Soniox 또는 Anthropic을 통한 외부 처리를 시작하기 전에 데이터 사용 안내를 표시하고 명시적 동의를 받습니다. 철회하려면 현재 회의를 먼저 마친 뒤 설정 → 개인정보와 지원 → 동의 철회를 선택하세요. 철회하면 다시 동의할 때까지 이후 Soniox 전문·번역과 Anthropic 노트·회의 준비·Q&A·위키 추출이 차단됩니다. 추가 Anthropic 번역, My Drive 자동 저장과 사용량 보고도 다시 동의할 때까지 차단됩니다. 수동 Linq Drive 공유는 별도의 명시적 선택으로 계속 사용할 수 있습니다. 철회는 이미 전송된 데이터를 회수하지 않으며 저장된 회의는 이 iPhone에서 계속 읽을 수 있습니다.

선택 사항인 Linq Drive 공유

나만 또는 팀 전체를 선택하면 해당 Drive 공간에 선택한 회의의 노트와 녹취록을 보냅니다. My Drive 자동 저장은 기본으로 꺼져 있습니다. 온보딩 후 또는 설정에서 직접 켜면 이 계정에서 새로 녹음한 회의의 노트와 녹취록을 노트가 준비된 후 개인 Drive에 저장하며, 최근 3일 이내의 대상 회의도 포함합니다. 계정 소유권을 확인할 수 없는 기존 회의와 공유받은 회의는 제외합니다. 설정을 끄면 이후 자동 업로드를 중단합니다. 녹음 음성 파일은 Drive 업로드에 포함되지 않습니다.

• 이 iPhone에서 만든 회의를 지우면 개인·팀 Drive 사본을 먼저 회수합니다. 회수에 실패하면 로컬 회의를 유지합니다.
• 공유 취소는 팀 사본만 회수하며 개인 사본은 유지합니다.
• 가져온 공유 회의에서 이 기기에서 지우기를 선택하면 이 iPhone의 사본만 제거합니다.

참여자 안내

회의를 시작하기 전에 참여자에게 Echo가 음성을 수집하고 위 기능을 위해 연결된 서비스를 사용한다는 사실을 알려야 합니다.

서비스 사용량 — LinqAlpha

연결 서비스 사용에 동의한 후, 서비스 사용량 집계를 위해 녹음 식별자, 녹음 시작·종료 시각, 전사 시간과 앱 플랫폼·버전을 로그인한 조직 계정으로 LinqAlpha에 보냅니다. 보고에는 회의 제목, 음성, 녹취록 텍스트, 번역과 질문이 포함되지 않습니다. 대기 중인 보고는 재시도를 위해 기기에 보관하며 원래 계정으로만 전송합니다. 로컬 데이터를 지우면 대기 중인 보고도 삭제됩니다. 광고나 앱 간 추적을 위한 보고가 아닙니다.

Organization account

Your organization administrator sets up your account and enables Echo Agent access. Account information is used for sign-in and support. Contact your administrator when account setup is needed.

Stored on this iPhone

Meeting audio and the meeting library are stored on this iPhone. The library can include meeting metadata, transcripts, notes, questions and answers, preparation material, and folder organization.

Transcription and translation — Soniox

Microphone audio and language settings are sent to Soniox for transcript and translation. By default, the selected meeting title, participant names and related terms are also sent. You can turn this off in Settings. Briefs, notes, prior-meeting text and full email addresses are not sent to Soniox. New meetings started without a selected event do not add calendar or stored-document context.

Notes, preparation, Q&A and additional translation — Anthropic

The complete transcript of the selected meeting is sent to Anthropic for notes. Q&A uses the selected meeting transcript, related notes, preparation and questions. Preparation and preparation Q&A can send the selected event title, time, notes, attendee names and email addresses, location and meeting link, plus relevant excerpts from related previous meetings and reference documents and related wiki context. Related material can include meetings shared with you through Linq Drive. The Soniox setting does not control these AI requests. When translation is enabled and finalized speech falls outside the selected two-language pair without a Soniox translation, that text and its language are sent to Anthropic to translate into your selected language.

Wiki entity extraction — Anthropic

Wiki extraction is on by default and can be turned off in Settings. It sends the meeting transcript and up to 50 stored entity names to Anthropic to organize people, companies, topics and decisions. Deleting a meeting removes its references; accumulated wiki entries remain until you clear local data.

Explicit consent and withdrawal

The app presents a data-use disclosure and asks for explicit consent before external processing through Soniox or Anthropic begins. To withdraw, finish the current meeting first, then choose Settings → Privacy and support → Withdraw consent. Withdrawal blocks subsequent Soniox transcription and translation and Anthropic notes, meeting preparation, Q&A, and wiki extraction until you agree again. Additional Anthropic translation, automatic My Drive saving and usage reporting are also blocked until consent is granted again. Manual Linq Drive sharing remains a separate explicit choice. Withdrawal does not recall data already sent. Saved meetings remain readable on this iPhone.

Optional Linq Drive sharing

Choosing Just me or Whole team sends the selected meeting's notes and transcript to that Linq Drive space. Automatic My Drive saving is off by default. If you explicitly enable it after onboarding or in Settings, this account's newly recorded meetings are saved to your personal Drive after notes are ready, including eligible meetings from the last three days. Meetings with unknown account ownership and shared imports are excluded. Turn the setting off to stop future automatic uploads. Recorded audio files are not part of Drive uploads.

• Deleting a locally created meeting first retracts the personal and team Drive copies. If retraction fails, the local meeting is kept.
• Stop sharing retracts only the team copy; a personal copy remains.
• Remove from this device removes only the imported copy on this iPhone.

Participant notice

Before each meeting, tell participants that Echo will capture audio and use connected services for the features described above.

Service usage — LinqAlpha

After connected-service consent, recording identifiers, recording start/end timestamps, transcription duration and app platform/version are sent to LinqAlpha with the signed-in organization account for service usage accounting. Reports do not include meeting titles, audio, transcript text, translations or questions. Pending reports are retained locally for retry and remain scoped to the original account; clearing local data removes pending reports. This reporting is not advertising or cross-app tracking.
