Echo Agent iPhone 지원

계정 및 로그인

조직 관리자가 Echo Agent 사용 권한을 활성화해야 합니다. LinqAlpha로 계속을 누르면 브라우저에서 기존 조직 계정으로 로그인합니다. 접속할 수 없다면 조직 관리자에게 계정 설정과 Echo 사용 권한을 확인해 주세요.

마이크와 캘린더

회의를 시작하려면 iPhone 마이크 접근을 허용해 주세요. 이미 거부했다면 iPhone 설정에서 Echo Agent의 마이크 권한을 변경한 뒤 앱의 설정 → 회의 → 마이크 권한 다시 확인을 누르세요.

캘린더 연결은 선택 사항입니다. 거부한 뒤 다시 연결하려면 iPhone 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 캘린더 → Echo Agent에서 전체 접근을 허용한 뒤 앱에서 권한을 다시 확인하세요. Google 또는 Outlook 일정은 iPhone 캘린더 계정에 추가하고 동기화를 켜야 표시됩니다.

데이터 사용과 동의

외부 처리가 필요한 기능을 처음 사용하기 전에 앱에서 제공업체와 전송 데이터를 확인하고 명시적으로 동의합니다. Soniox는 마이크 음성, 언어 설정과 사용 가능한 일정·회의 준비 컨텍스트를 전문과 번역에 사용합니다. Anthropic은 선택한 회의 텍스트와 질문을 노트와 Q&A에 사용합니다. 회의 준비에는 선택한 일정의 세부 정보뿐 아니라 로컬 라이브러리에 저장된 모든 참고·컨텍스트 문서의 제목과 본문이 Anthropic으로 전송될 수 있습니다. 사용자가 나만 또는 팀 전체 공유를 선택한 경우에만 노트와 전문이 Linq Drive로 전송됩니다.

설정 → 개인정보와 지원 → 데이터 사용 검토에서 다시 확인할 수 있습니다. 동의를 철회하려면 현재 회의를 먼저 마친 뒤 설정 → 개인정보와 지원 → 동의 철회를 선택하세요. 철회하면 다시 동의할 때까지 이후 Soniox 전문·번역과 Anthropic 노트·회의 준비·Q&A가 중지되지만, 명시적으로 선택하는 Linq Drive 공유는 별도 기능으로 사용할 수 있습니다. 이미 전송된 데이터는 회수되지 않으며, 저장된 회의는 이 iPhone에서 계속 읽을 수 있습니다. 일반적인 보관과 권리에 관한 사항은 LinqAlpha 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.

회의 삭제와 공유

이 iPhone에서 만든 회의를 지우면 개인·팀 Drive 사본을 먼저 회수합니다. 회수에 실패하면 다시 시도할 수 있도록 로컬 회의를 유지합니다. 공유 취소는 팀 사본만 회수하며 개인 사본은 유지합니다.

다른 기기나 사용자가 공유한 회의에서 이 기기에서 지우기를 선택하면 이 iPhone의 가져온 사본만 사라집니다. 원본 Drive 파일과 공유한 사람의 회의는 지워지지 않습니다.

지원 문의

Account and sign-in

Your organization administrator must set up your LinqAlpha account and enable Echo Agent access. Tap Continue with LinqAlpha to sign in through the browser. If access is denied, contact your administrator.

Microphone and Calendar

Allow iPhone microphone access before starting a meeting. After a denial, change Echo Agent's microphone permission in iPhone Settings, return to the app, and tap Check microphone access under Settings → Meeting.

Calendar access is optional. After a denial, allow Full Access under iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Calendars → Echo Agent, then check access again in Echo. Add Google or Outlook accounts to iPhone Calendar and enable sync before those events can appear.

Data use and consent

Before first using a feature that needs external processing, the app identifies the providers and data and asks for explicit consent. Soniox receives microphone audio, language settings, and available calendar or meeting-preparation context for transcription and translation. Anthropic receives selected meeting text and questions for notes and Q&A. Meeting preparation can also send selected calendar event details and all stored reference/context-document titles and bodies from the local library to Anthropic. Notes and transcript are sent to Linq Drive only when you choose Just me or Whole team.

Review this under Settings → Privacy and support → Review data use. To withdraw, finish the current meeting first, then choose Settings → Privacy and support → Withdraw consent. Withdrawal blocks subsequent Soniox transcription and translation and Anthropic notes, preparation, and Q&A until you agree again. Explicit Linq Drive sharing remains available as a separate choice. It does not recall data already sent. Saved meetings remain readable on this iPhone. The LinqAlpha Privacy Policy governs general retention and rights.

Deleting and sharing meetings

Deleting a meeting created on this iPhone first retracts the personal and team Drive copies. If retraction fails, the local meeting remains so you can retry. Stop sharing retracts only the team copy; a personal copy remains.

For a meeting shared from another device or person, Remove from this device removes only the imported copy on this iPhone. It does not delete the original Drive files or the sharer's meeting.
